Good luck on 75 hard! I would like a book review of the books you read if you don't mind. If I did 75 hard I would: -walk everyday -stick to my calorie goal 5/7 days per week -read 20 pages nonfiction everyday -drink 8 cups of water everyday -take progress photo everyday -meditate at least 5 minutes everyday
