Steven, I’m so proud of you and all you’ve accomplished ❤. I’ve been with you from the beginning. You’re so inspiring. Me journey is a bit different. I grew up well off, not rich but extremely comfortable. I married a working class guy, fireman, and changed careers late in life taking a HUGE HUGE pay cut to fly. It’s been rough. I’ve learned and been reminded of gratitude with this job AND by watching your channel. We have to focus on the QOL of life we have with this job and the experience it gives. I’m just shy of my 6 yr anniversary. I’ve gone from a gross of $28k to 40k. By anybody’s imaginings, that’s a huge jump for an hourly employee. 😊 (we won’t mention my $70,000 student loan though 😂)

I love you more w each video. Congratulations! You have worked hard to get where you are -- your own home, a fancy new car, a job you love, sweet kittens and a following of folks who truly appreciate you. You've earned it all!! I wish you the best!! Always safe travels, blah, blah, blah. ;-) I'm happy for all your successes and all you've learned along the way.

Steven, obviously you are doing well enough to pay for a condo, HOA, insurance, automobile, food, B&E treats, and your frequent buys at Goodwill (I just adore that beige coat, just adore it). So, let’s say you are a success and forget about class distinctions. Growing up, I would say my family unit ASPIRED to be trailer trash. Talk about the lack of money and sometimes lack of food - sometimes. I would venture to say you are kinda rich, because of those amenities you have, you can spend recreationally and not give it a second thought, you are sober, and you have the love of two magnificent felines, plus the warm feelings from us who have come to know you. Your friend, Herman

First video of yours that popped up in my regular news feed and already subscribed. Steven, you’re adorable and be proud of those numbers. I honestly think 46K is considered “middle class”, but how this economy is now, it’s a struggle haha. I got my W2’s last week and already filed and it got approved so I’m very happy that I didn’t wait until the last minute like last year. I was stressing about that deadline lol

You have come so far in just the past seven years. Even the last 3 years that I've been watching your videos. At first it was your flight attendant content. Then your cats. Now it is your style and positive outlook on life and gratitude.

Went to Costco today and it was C-R-A-Z-Y!! We decided to buy a Polish Dog so first took our purchases back out to the car and here sat people in the parking lot turning their blinker on to get our parking space when we left...but back to the Food Court we went!! Then after picking up our Polish Dogs we went back to eat them in the car as it was cold here today!!...people were thinking we would be backing out but no, there we sat eating!! We were not very popular to say the least. Hope your trip to Costco was enjoyable and hope you are enjoying your new car!!

Aloha from North Shore, O’ahu! Wow Steve you have come a long way from where you were 7 years ago! And you are a homeowner and have a new car! On that salary! You must be doing something right. I am jealous. I am an RN and make over $160,000 a year. So almost $120,000 more than you and I can barely make it, renting a small studio, no possible way of even dreaming of home ownership. The price of living in paradise I guess. Is it worth it? Yes. But I still am jealous of you!

Yeah, new flight attendance with United aren't making More than $45 an hour, as I will in March. And as a new United flight attendant there's potential to be on reserve for the rest of my natural life. There's no way I would ever leave where I am right now. Unless I had to.

Nope. I put a little aside but I'll never be able to retire early. I'll work until I can't. But with my job that's going to be way easier to do than for most people.
