It's always a worry when you let someone you don't know in person (aka idols) affect your daily life. She used her mother credit card, spent all her money, she didn't care about her friends, she skipped her job, this isn't fangirling is obsession. It's ok to love an idol and admire him, but it's making a mess in her life, this is a concern.

No it's not, sassaeng fans do the following: Shove their phone into idols faces Try to touch them at every moment Stalks them and tries to find out personal info that the artist has not yet said They are WAY too obsessed that they harm idols and dont care about their saftey The fan in this show is just an overreacting fan she doesn't try to hurt him, she doesn't stalk him to his house/hotel but she is very protective of him in a bad way... I somehow understand the fan. It is unlikely of me to fangirling Si kyung. I just recently know about him through Running Man, but I was captivated by his humor, then later on his voice. I Stan Big Bang and iKon (2ne1too) and the most I e ever spent was on Big Bang concerts even buying $300 VIP tickets....they were worth it to me during that time. I'm glad I did it and got it out of my system. I still love and support them but there's always a limit. I am such a huge fan of Sung Si Kyung, so I understand her crush on him. However she is being obsessive, but here the fault in not on the artist. It lays more on the culture of “fandom” that has been established in Korea, either be a Kpop group, actor, artist, etc.. fans go beyond normal behavior and actions when it comes to “support” their artist. One reason I disliked BTS was bcos my best friend always spam me their pictures, music, variety shows and clips compilation and she will expect me to give feed back.however,if I don't reply or say I did not watch it,she will insult the hell out me until the day I have her serious warning to stop spamming me anything and if I'm interested I will check it out. Be a fan, enjoy it but don't use it to disturb my life,for me the best friend is nice,if it was me I will speak sense into her still being a fangirl

I think her friends should just go and leave her. Even tho it hurts to leave a friend, I can totally tell that she isn’t a good one. She isn’t giving them support like a real find would do and her obsession over her idol is really unhealthy for her, her friends and of course her idol too. I think the best for her would be to see someone who could help her with that problem or she should try to get over it by herself. Plus the part when she said that she use her mother’s credit card, this is just too much and honestly....disgusting... this isn’t how someone should treat their parents 🤦🏻‍♀️

I can't resist myself to write a comment here. I wanna bet that if SSK do get married, this kind of fans will be the one destroying his albums and probably doing something worse, spreading something that it's not true about him, with the worst reasoning of all, "I dropped him not because he's getting married, but because how he handle the marriage" 🙄 in the end, it's because of him getting married. I truly feel sorry for idols and many celebrities in SK, because it seems being normalized there 😔
