damn bro ur muscle ups are crazy fast. did u ever get to a sticking point with ur pull ups where no matter you couldn't do any more? i'm asking cuz ive been stuck at 9 consecutive pulls ups for a year despite working on them 2x/weekly (and yes i change up variations, do negatives, etc.)

so your underlying problem here is that you only do pull ups 2 times a week? If that’s the case, then you have to start doing them alot more than just 2x a week. I train from monday to Friday and pull ups, push ups and dips are my main workouts. That’s what have helped me elevate my muscle ups brother

@@K-Action alright thx boss--i only do it twice a week tho b/c i feel like i need those extra days to recover. I'm not super sore, but sore enough to where i feel it if i try to do sets on other days. You think i should still do 'em on those days off?

If you only workout 2x a week, then you will not see crazy results that you want. I recommend you workout at least 4x a week and do 10 sets of 10 reps which will be 100 pull ups for the day. And also do push ups and dips, that’s how I got my results brother.

@@K-Action alright boss thx. I upped my volume (did 50 one day, obviously not consecutively), and then after a few days rest was finally able to get 10 lol. i'll crank up the volume like u suggested and follow-up in a bit :)
