stop the cap. you cut your rests out and stop lying to people to feel big. it took at least an 35/40 mins or more to get this done with your current fitness level

I want to train like you and get strong like you, I can do 7 pull ups at once proper form and 14 decline pushups I want to know what kind of workout you recommend me to do and how often should I do that

First off I appreciate you taking your time to watch the video and being inspired by me. I would recommend you keep on doing pull ups, push ups and as well as dips. Those basic bodyweight workout was what got me strong and physically in shape. The more you do them the more you will build muscle endurance that will enable you to do more reps. Do like 5 sets of 5 reps of pull ups, push ups and dips. Then build up your strength from there. Also do ab workout

@ So 5 dips 5 pushups 5 pull ups count as 1 set? So I have to do 5 sets and rest 1-2mins, Also I can do 5 sets 5reps of pull ups so what do I change with it?

Yea 5 pull ups, dips and push ups count as 1 set. However since you can already do 5 sets and 5 reps of pull ups, I will suggest you increase your pull ups now to about 10 reps for 1 set each. Like 30 secs to a min. However you can rest longer than that if you need to. Just that I have been doing that for a long time so I have alot of muscle endurance

i recently started going to the gym. i cannot even do a push up. i am trying my hardest every day and doing assisted dips and assisted pull ups, planks, sit ups and and heavily inclined pushups. i’m also hanging from the bar for as long as i can whenever possible. I am not an extremely athletic person, but i am trying my best.
