Sid bhaiya ive been trying to loose weight , its been 6 months and ive not been able to reduce even 2 inches off my belly and arms nor my thighs. Strength training is adding to bulk. And im trying to eat less, but i need to have rice coz im wheat intolerant. Even lactose. It maybe having carbs. Im not able to monitor at all. Please tell what to do. I'm trying to also give up on ghee and oil. Paneer and yoghurt i have a lot but it also has fat content. Pls tell what to do
