4:33 for my vegetarian bros try (100gm oats + 20gm almonds + 20gm wallnuts + 10gm Sunflower seeds + 10gm pumkin Seed +5 gm chia Seed + 5gm flax Seed + 1 scoop whey + 250ml milk ) this has 60-65 gm of protein and approx 900 cal u can also add peanut butter for extra protein if u want

@@amansaini7087 It is very individual. On average around 40g in one meal is a good amount of protein to ingest. And ideally it’s best to split your intake into multiple meals. Which is what i try to do as well. Not all proteins are same though, so even if my dinner has that much, my main source of protein in it is chicken and rest is just small bonus

A tip if you would like to incorporate. On standing calf raises try getting a deep stretch at the bottom of the movement and hold it for a couple of seconds. A recent meta-analysis has found more muscle hypertrophy results in the stretch portion of the movement. Cheers
