Also it's a generalized opinion but it's lived experience of running a business since 2007 and seeing this trend of flakiness just in the last 7/8 years.

Obviously that’s anecdotal but others in similar situations have corroborated that as well. Plus since it’s majority male dominated women coming in and exhibiting those negative traits stand out much more then the few men doing it.

Know that almost every single adult female you've met in life has dyed their hair before. And well over 50% do it regularly at least once every 8 weeks. So....that's a weird specific thing to find correlation considering it's part of society in general. Now....do you maybe live in a culture where hair dying is abnormal? I don't know. but I know in most 'western' civs that hair dying or wig wearing is absolutely the norm.
