So if anyone don't understand why Jinchuriki die when Bijju extracted. It's the sudden removal of 99% chakra. Think chakra as blood, if huge amount of blood removed it's instant dead. That's literally the reason for many deaths. Only Kushina able to survive a tailed beast extraction. Maybe because she have special type of chakra.
