Mazda RX-8’s are super fun. No torque, but they rev out really nice and handle the twisties like no other car in its price range. Lots of KZbin videos on how to keep them running and go over issues. Have fun with it!

This is my first bike I started riding because this channel I started on my Gsxr 750 I been riding 6 months mine is a 2014 Gsxr 750 but this channel I always watched to learn things . I’m glad your doing the 750 because I been wanting to build mine and see how you do yours . I have a dyno tune on mine but it’s straight piped because the last owner just welded a exhaust after taking off the cat but didn’t remove the wires . So since he welded it I’m gonna get a full exhaust and update the tune . I’m interested to see what you do bro .

I used to get front end wobble (almost like a tank slapper) on my first bike when the tires started to get pretty worn (still passed inspection though without issue). This would only happen if I let go of the bars and I let engine braking slow me down around 40mph but putting new tires on would fix it

Oooo man those RX-8s start to lose compression around 75-80k miles. I’ve had not one, but two of these, and thought they’re IMO some of the best cars ever made for enthusiasts, they are incredibly difficult to work on, and find parts for.

Tbh they lose compression from the start, when taking good care of them they stay around 5-6 bar(sorry i don't know how much PSI that is) for some time, just be sure to premix and overdue oil changes and make sure you drive around 12 miles to get to operating temp before driving the piss out of them.

The Speed Triple was something I was looking at as well before I got a mt-09. Kind of an apples to oranges comparison but was mainly looking at sporty bikes that could accommodate my 6’2 frame(with boots) and arthritic knee. Bruh I recently bought a gixxer 750 and an rx8 aswel what a coincidence.😂 my gixxer is black tho but the rx8 looks the same apart from the wheels. I'm running 17" rpf1's on them with 245/45R17 semi slicks, its worth it because it feels like it has a bit more torque than the stock 18" wheels. And I put tein street basis z shocks on it awell to get the perfect stance.

Love your videos man, I get to ride my SV650S K3 this season hopefully but I have a serious rpm issue. I accidentally screwed out the „throttle stop screw“ or whats it called. It is on every bike and its accessible on the outside because it is a cable to make the screw more extendable. I cant get it in anymore sadly so if you know what I mean, could you may show me how its done? Suzuki says you need to lube it and I did but it wont go in the thread. I'm curious of your tire choice for I live on the coastal region of Washington state. I currently have Metzler 7's which are outstanding but I'm due for a new pair of tires. The M7's are great in the wet and cold and stick like flypaper on a warm day. I'm getting 4,000 mi out of the rear and have 6500 on the front that still looks good. What would be your choice in a sport/touring tire?
