I haven't read the manga so I'm not sure, but I think the percentage value doesn't tell how much of a boost to the user's wearer a suit provides, but instead how much of the suit's power the user has unlocked. The suit, incidentally, also powering up the weaponry the Defense Force wield.

Yeah i havent seen any manga or anything but it sounds so strange that you can get only 100% of your own power from the suit, i mean its still something but 2x more strenght shoudnt help people lift cars so i too believe its just suits power not wearer power, people are just using suits power which is made of Kaiju so its more like they manifest Kaiju power than their own
