Incredibly delicious recipe from my grandma! The recipe for juicy, tenderly melting meat is so popular with the whole family that we ask you to cook it every 3 days! Grandma loves to cook this delicious family dinner. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
Cut 2 onions
Friends welcome to my channel
2 cloves of garlic.

It's very important to me
1kg pork belly.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Heat a pan without oil.
Place the pork belly pieces in a dry pan.
Fry on high heat until golden brown on all sides.
Reduce the heat slightly and simmer for about 10 minutes to melt some of the fat.
Place the pork belly on a plate.
Fry the onion for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and fry for another minute.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.
Black Peppercorns. 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 0.5 tsp. dry adjika
Fry for 1-2 minutes until caramelized.
Ginger.
Pour 400 ml of water
Cover and cook until pork belly is tender, 40 to 60 minutes.
Cut Chinese cabbage and cucumber into strips
Friends, I'm cooking a healthy salad
Chop the spring onion and dill
Separate the egg white from the yolk
Cut squirrels into strips
Mash the yolk with a fork
Add salt, ground black pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons sour cream
0.5 tsp mustard, mix
Add a gas station
