Salt - about 350 g
Vinegar 9% - 1 liter
Spices:
Paprika - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Rosemary - 1 tsp
Zira - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Chaman (fenugreek) - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp

Salt - 4-5 tablespoons
Water - 2 liters.
peppercorns -10-15 pieces,
Bay leaf - 3 pcs
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp, curry spice - 1 tsp.
Dried garlic -1 tsp.

Смотрю из Мурманска.... Вымачивают мало... Мясо к очень большому количеству пива... Я бы добавил нитритную соль... И проморозил перед этим рецептом хотя бы 2 суток...
