Those ARE great flea market finds! You can’t beat finding WW2 knifes, guns, helmets and ammo at the flea market. Those $1 jungle boots are awesome! I can only imagine the places they’ve been. Super cool photo album, I really like that. Great job JonBoy. Thanks for sharing. 🪖🇺🇸🪖🇺🇸

gotta make online albums of those pics... recently at church Ive had a library assignment so have been going thru all the artwork to make albums of less familiar art for scripture stories... your phone makes it so easy to take the pics and crop em for a cleaner look... so I hope you preserve those too

I had gotten a cutdown M1905 bayonet scabbard from a fleamarket for $5 and a Korean War M1923 cartridge belt for $5 and a WWI M1910 mess tin for $5.

That Police helmet liner is nice but to me as a helmet collector 20+ years the marker looks post war done by some kid. I would take turpentine or some other mild sprit and with a cloth & gently remove it without disturbing the original paint & lettering. It would come up awesome

Some early K98 bayonets had the date on the spine of the blade. I have a Joseph Corts und Sohn bayonet from 1937 the date was on the spine in a 2 number code of 37 on it.

the mosin bayonets are worth at least twenty bucks each good find you will make money on those

Yeah, I did good. I usually only buy for my collection. Don't normally buy to resale.

@@JonBoyMilitaria I am a long time collector. You will eventually get to a point of having some extras and then you can use/sell these extras to buy some of your long time goal items that you always wanted but could not afford.
