I am so glad! You can do this! It gets easier, I promise. The hardest part is making the decision to start. I still have my moments when I feel self-conscious seeing someone I havent in a while, or looking at pictures of me with brown hair. But its just hair and I am so glad I did it. Others will look at you and wish they had your courage.

I stumbled upon your video as I have just decided to ditch the dye. A rather challenging stage, but am getting so much support from all videos I am watching. Christine, you are brave and you are very beautiful!! I love how you have embraced and shared your journey. I hope I can do half as well. 🤗🥰

Thank you for posting this video it was so helpful. I’ve only been growing mine out for two months but I’ve had mine bleached out to try to hide the gray, then went back to brunette. So much over processing because I haven’t been happy with my hair in years. I could totally relate to everything you talked about. Your hair looks absolutely gorgeous and healthy! Goals for me!!

You can do it! Wear your hair back, wear headbands, whatever you have to do!

Your grey hair looks so much prettier. I would be afraid to strip my hair, it's already not the healthiest. I'm only 7 weeks on my journey, I hope I can complete this without giving into getting it dyed again.

I hate selfies too....I followed Erica Henry Johnston who has dyed her hair back now, but she has good videos...I personally cut my hair short to a asmertical pixie..then grew it out

When your hair is so processed, it just can't hold onto to toners. I use a L'Oreal purple glaze over my hair grey out growth and the sections of blonde. It tones down the yellow and enhances the grey. Not damaging.

yes I’ve used L’oréal, very nice. just finished a bottle of Moroccan oil too.

This is not an easy transition for sure. Oh WOW she stripped your hair? I think my would fall out it was stripped 🤣I have to say your hair did not look damaged when she finished or now. My hair is too weak and damaged already lol. "I wasn't laughing" I bet! I think your hair looks great now. This is tough to do, mainly because of the damage. Luckily gray and silver hair is having a moment. Loved this 👍and new subbie here lets connect here! And looking forward to seeing more of your journey. ☺😙🥰

I loved this! You've had some really cute hair cuts. I really like your hair now. I need to figure out my hair situation 😂 I'm not good with styling it. You've reinforced my decision not to dye my hair to cover up the grey, so thanks for that! 😅

Honestly, you did this whole thing the hard way. You should have just done a very short pixie and grew it out. Most woman are afraid of a pixie but you pulled your hair up tight away from your face anyways, when it was long. You looked good like that, you’ll look good in a pixie. No damage to the hair. A lot less money. And your hair appears to grow fast. There is no way my hair would grow that much. You look beautiful with the grey. You can use purple way more often than you do. I use it ever few showers, just a couple of minutes while washing. Just condition well and your hair will be fine. Purple shampoo doesn’t damage my hair at all. Oh also. They have nice purple conditioners you get get from Sally’s. They leave your hair really soft.

Thank you Julie. I had a pixie when I was young and slim. I love that style but right now being overweight I felt like I would look like a pinhead.

@@bedazzledbuddhist I’m 63, 4’10” and chubby. I became chubby after an hysterectomy. I’ve always loved short hair. But this is the shortest I’ve gone. Everyone seems to love it on me. Also I forgot to tell you. You can use a Demi perm stains or stains with conditioner. They have nice grays that you could use on the blond/yellow hair on the bottom.
