Everyone copes with stress and anxiety differently. For me, riding my motorbike creates a diversion from negative thoughts and allows me to focus on the moments. After a relaxing ride, it helps me reset my mind and reminds me that I can always choose how to react to anything life dishes out.

I have some other videos that explain the oil recommendations and in one video I switched to Motul. I showed the one I used in the video, just can't find it at the moment. Just be sure it meets or exceeds Honda's recommendations.
