Reminder that Toga impersonated Camie in the previous exam, meaning the real Camie was probably kidnapped to prevent her from showing up and no hero has mentioned her escaping from the league of villains which she would've reported if she got free so it's pretty safe to assume that it's still Toga impersonating her here. OFA is a stock piling quirk. When AllMight passed it, his body couldn't handle using it too much but it the power was there. When he passed it to Midoriya, only fumes of the power was left in him. It would have eventually gone out with or without fighting AllforOne. The quirk builds up as it's user cultivate its power and add to it. The reason Midoriya has so much trouble controlling is is because it's more powerful than it was with AllMight because AllMight added so much to it.

Think of One For All like a percentage. Once you pass it, you drop from 100% down to zero. All Might still had some of it left until he fought All For One. He used all of it in one mega burst. Also, without it, All Might is only a normal human strength without it, as a human can be.

The thing about one for all is that when All Might gave it to Deku, he only had the last traces of it left in his body, most of it has already been transferred over to Deku, so if Deku were to give it to Mirio, it would probably be the same process. I will say that from here on out there is going to be a lot of stuff being thrown at you!

Just as you said, Deku would lose his power. It's like if you transfer a liquid from one bowl to another. You transfer the stuff to the new one but it will always leave some remains on the previous container. EDIT: And Midoriya can't pass part of the quirk. He either passes it completely or he doesn't (That we know of and maybe in the future the author finds a way to make him be able to pass some of it instead of being in bulk).

Don't really think mirio is holding anything back. He directly acknowledges that sir is dead and that he lost his quirk but he won't cry anymore because sir wants him to smile and of Eri saw him she would also cry. Plus he said he talk to eraser head before and I'm sure they talked about it so it's all good
