That's not really what Aizawa meant though. If they become pros, everyone will know their quirk regardless of if they went to UA or not because they'll be famous. Every pro hero worth his salt is known by everyone and probably has dozens of videos of them on the Internet. So yes, it's an advantage for other schools right now but Aizawa is arguing that it will be a disadvantage for them in the long run because relying on surprise and your opponent not knowing you is not something they'll be able to rely on after they graduate.

I love Ms.Joke. So with her Quark she can make anyone laugh, so that's probably why she like Aizawa, because she can't use her power on him, he'd just cancel it out, so when he laughs at one of her jokes, it will be genuine. I ship them so much. :)

I did have some issues with them broadcasting the sports festival on national TV like that. However Eraserhead had a point. Once they are pros their quirks will largely become public knowledge, especially when they become famous, even locally famous. All Might went to certain lengths to keep the nature of his quirk a secret and would change the subject when ever asked. However they did have a general understanding of what he could do.

What eraser was meaning was that when they become hero’s, villains will already see their quirks from tv putting them at a disadvantage on the job almost every day. So they need to learn to adapt.

The school festival _is_ a liability... it got Bakugo kidnapped, for one; that said, once they're pros villains will know their quirks, so they might as well get used to it (and to being famous) as soon as possible, which I suppose is UA's reasoning.
