11:08 the cape looking like spikes wasn’t controlled by Shiggy-For-One it, was Jeanist trying to choke him with it. AFO turned shiggy into a heteromorph. Heteromorphic quirks aren’t affected by Erasure as we learned in season one, because they are body mutations and you cannot stare someone like Spinner or Shoji out of existence. So Shiggy-for-one is currently basically ultra powered up Shoji who can do the exact same things. Science and technology are slowly overpowering Quirks and that is a thought to hold for later.
