What a cool new direction for the channel... homemade MREs. Outstanding results! For a Chinese-food MRE, I would include two tea bags: Jasmine and Oolong. When you make them together (both tea bags in one cup) they are such an undeniably Chinese-food-restaurant taste and sooooo good. Love this channel. Dehydrating mushrooms, if you slice them about 1/8" I find they dry really well. Also, Knorr does a mushroom bullion you can find in some asian markets, so that and chicken bullion and some pepper, instant soup. But don't stress the dehydrated drinks- that's a specialist process requiring special tools and knowledge, there is a reason everyone outsources that part.

Quick suggestion for a future video, homemade made mac & cheese. (Think Ramin noodles, shelf stable parmesan cheese, maybe some jerky, and some other ingredients.) Recommend measuring your spices in a separate dish before pouring into the pouch. Just to ensure you’re not heavy on a spice accidentally. I like spicy, so crushed red pepper would be nice addition to fried rice.

Great work. That was soo much sesame oil! Dehydrated soup is hilarious but it worked. That seemed like a good sized portion of fried rice and you seemed to enjoy it! And yes I am one of the ones who on Sunday morning gets a cup of coffee and takes notes on your MRE while watching the video.
