I'm confused how that worked? You put the eggs in the dirt ? How did the babies go into the bucket if you had a screen cover it why not put the eggs into the water ?
@fishwithjd5 ай бұрын
Bucket fills with water from the bottom up…eggs put in gravel on a screen in the middle of the bucket. Water constantly flows over the eggs until the hatch.

I love your ideas,, and I love the underwater bites video, gives me an idea on how they behave with baits and lures.. Have you gone fishing in Washington State lately? What would you consider as your go-to setup for fishing salmon in rivers in any water condition? (particularly Kings and Coho, even though we have Pinks running this year). Any recommendations and advice is much-appreciated... and needed!!

Thanks! Well it’s hard to pick one go-to for multiple species but to tackle all three of those I’d probably go with a 3/8 ounce purple or pink Hawken twitching jig. Good luck!

Nice... would a rainbows be good in a small pond? With a liner and pump?
@fishwithjd3 жыл бұрын
Cold be...just depends on water temp. Too warm and they won’t make it.

@@fishwithjd would cleaning the water hurt them?

@@xMaxOut1 They are pretty sensitive

You’d need a water chiller to keep the water cold enough
