Absolutely phenomenal. After many years of mediocre recipes or ones which take far too long and are exhausting to cook this version really is the stuff of dreams. Not to much preparation and the flavour building stages with the various different but easy to come by seasonings really made for a spectacular dish. The tip of adding the ketchup mustard and butter is really what made a huge difference I think. That and frying out the tomato paste and bouillon. Thankyou for reigniting my interest in ragu sauce once more! 🙂x

I put sweet tomato basil leaves with my recipe along with ketchup mustard and instead of sugar I use honey instead ! Also the paprika is key ingredient I discovered it really toned down all that acid from ketchup tomatoes! Thanks for sharing your video!
