Hello . I joined the spring challenge and bought the total intermittent fasting bundle. Do I just follow the info. In the bundle, or did I miss an email about what we do for the challenge? Are there regular email reminders, or a FB group, etc?

@AutumnBates Hi Autumn. I usually have my coffee with Silk for Coffee (soy product) in the morning. Will this be enough to break my fast before I want to? I would hate to give up my coffee with silk and don’t drink black coffee

This fasting seems to just be skipping break fast longer. No breakfast just start eating at 12 or 1 instead of 9am? I normally don’t get really hungry till 12 ish anyway. what do i need to do that i’m doing wrong as the weight isn’t moving as fast as i’d like. Thx Dawn

I found an initial 36 hour fast got things going. Doctor Mindy Pelz also talks about this if you arent seeing results. All the best.

Hello first timer doing the 21 day challenge. My calculated protein is 87g so am I supposed to up my protein intake on your recipes ? When I add it into my fitness pal using the servings from the 21 day meal plan I am only getting 47g total?!?!?

So let’s break this down. No. 2. Working out. Do you think maybe if you time your workout after a longer fast you just literally don’t have any fuel source in your muscles to ‘work out’ so your weak & tire quicker etc? I cannot belieeeeeve that kid is 8 mths old already. She crawling yet? Cracking a toothy grin? Biting? Haha sampling the dog’s tail, the odd bit of dirt, nice mouthful of crunchy sand? Coffee. Are you serious? Asking a Victorian (my state Victoria, capital city Melbourne, coffee centre of the world!) Australian to stop with the coffee in the ‘pm’ of the day?
