Have you tried Takomo clubs before? What were your thoughts? 🤔
@tma698315 күн бұрын
I just bought a set of 101s, and the feel is fantastic. It's so easy to compress strikes, and pure shots are silky. I'm a 19 handicap, and ball striking is pretty solid, so course management is a key element to seeing lower scores on the course. These 101s give me mad confidence when looking at aim points. Love these clubs. Thanks Takomo for your great work!

I’ve got the 101 model, not the 101s. They are a thicker top line at address, but they are the only irons that have felt pure. Really thought hard about buying some, the only thing that's stopping me is the distance that people say they get, your the second person I've seen who's PW goes about 110, I currently get 127 with my cobra kings, plus not being able to test the clubs prior also puts me off

Really interesting to hear your views Sam. I play Titleist CB irons and although I like the look of the 301CB, I'm thinking of going for the 201s, just to give that bit more forgiveness and stronger loft for distance. I know you can't get fit but did you know your spec before ordering or do you just have the standard set up? Your bag / club gapping is interesting - a 48 degree wedge as well as a PW? Looking at your numbers, would a 60 rather than 48 been a good choice? You stripe the longer irons!!👍

Hi mate! Yeah fortunately I knew I was suited to the KBS stiff before buying. As I said in the video, I probably should have gone for the 201s over the 301CB… just for that extra bit of forgiveness and probably distance! Yeah a lot of people have said this. Could be a possibility for the future 😊
