My Husky Takes Care of Kittens Like They’re His Own Babies

Reminds me of the time, about 23 years ago, when we rescued a kitten off the street where some mean boys were trying to hit it with rocks. We rescued him just in time. We brought him home, and he wasn't too fond of our Golden Retriever, Buddy, that first night. Nevertheless, Buddy gave him space and within a few days, the kitten, Mr. Sniffies, was sleeping with him. They were great buddies, until Buddy passed away 3 years later. Mr. Sniffies paid it forward and was very gentle with the little Aussie/Lab mix we brought home a few years later. Mr. Sniffies passed on at 18-years of age. Thanks for stirring up good memories or great animals!

This is beautiful. My husky has lived with my cats since she came to me at 8 weeks. And she’s helped raise 2 litters of kittens too. She’ll be an amazing momma one day 🩶

It’s amazing to see a high-energy dog like a husky, especially a young one, being so gentle. (But you were wise to be cautious. Kittens are a bit more fragile than baby huskies!)

What a heartwarming interaction between the huge Husky, and the tiny kittens. The mama cat was comfortable with her kittens playing with the large husky. I am sure they will all be best friends as time goes on. As they get older and larger, their interactions with the Husky and Golden Retrievers will be a treat to watch! Thanks for sharing this footage with all of us. Looking forward to future videos , as the kittens get larger.

My husky grunts at puppies telling them he's neither their mom nor babysitter, but he loves kittens. His bff is a black cat smaller than other cats who wrapped himself around his front paw the moment he saw him. So I had to adopt the kitteh, he chose the doggo.

I think the female dog is the silver & cream colour. It looks very motherly. Or it thinks the kitten is it's puppy as they share the same colour I'm sure as there are other kittens but these two have a bond

I get so tired of other channels showing Huskies acting out and having tantrums all the time! Bad dog equals bad human! Give a dog a job and they behave well! This Husky's job is to watch over and help and care for the kittens. The kittens get what they need and so does the Husky.

With cats it’s normal that the dad doesn’t take care for the kittens. Some of them will kill the kittens, even they are of him. That happens with the lions. Nature is strange/cruel but so are humans.
