Another possible solution for the stability issue, which might come in handy with much bigger farms, is a moving rail. If you get to a point where you need stability in 2 directions, make the first piston move a whole rail. The rail will be supported on the sides. On that moving rail you can have other pistons moving the water cannons. But you would probably be better off repeating the desighn in the video.

For those who didn't understand the watering system: 1) 5 pistons 2) 3 Controllers 3) 2 Timers 4) 2 Logic Gates 5) 2 water pump/cannon 6) 1 switch Step 1: Place 2 pistons, one behind the other. Step 2: Place 2 pistons on the end of either side of the front piston in step 1. Step 3: Place 2 controllers and connect one to the pistons in step 1 and the other controller to the pistons in step 2. Step 4: Set the Step 1 pistons to 15 15 0 0 15 15 0 0 15 15 and at a speed of 4 with no loop. Step 5: Set the Step 2 pistons to 0 3 3 6 6 9 9 12 12 12 and a speed of 4 with no loop. Step 6: Place two logic gates (one set to AND & the other to NOR) and a timer beside it. Step 7: Connect the components of step 6 (NOR > AND > Timer > NOR) Step 8: Set this timer to 6 or 7 ticks (you can change it to your liking later if you wish). Step 9: Now place a second timer connected to a 3rd controller connected to a piston (set it to a speed of 4 with no loop). Step 10: The block the piston carries must cover a sensor. Step 11: Connect the sensor to the NOR gate in step 6. Step 12: In the controller of Step 9, Set the piston to alternating numbers of the distance the piston travels to cover the sensor (Ex: 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0). Step 13: Set the timer in step 9 to 2.5 seconds or 100 ticks. Step 14: Place the water pumps/cannons on the pistons of Step 2 and connect them to the timer in step 6. Step 15: Place a switch connected to the AND gate, the two controllers from step 3, and the timer from Step 9. Step 16: Connect the water pumps to a water supply. Now you can enjoy Scrapman's watering system please correct me if I missed a part or step because doing this was hard as it is.

The cookbot's veggie burger is quite a great item in my opinion, you just use the farmable items and it fills *all three of your bars: hunger, thirst and health* which helps A LOT with the powerful tapebots! That's why I always carry around a burger on me!

Scrapman you can technically cover your walls with saws since the farmbots can't seem to go near the saws (probably the farmbots avoiding damage), so the saws could be used to perpetually keep farmbots away. This was an idea I saw from another youtuber. The saws are also not gonna get hit by the farmbots, so you won't need to worry about expensive saws being destroyed. Also, love your vids scrapman :)

@@allenroman9716 i found an easier way, put a Sensor above the Water Cannon, set it to Range 1 and set Switch/Button on Button, put a block right above all the plots you want to have it water, connect the sensor to a Logic Gate which is set to AND gate, connect the button to turn on the pistons to the same gate, when the sensor detects the block above plot it signals the Water Cannon and it waters the plot. Pistons need to be stabilized though, if the bend towards the ground it might not detect on range 1 (might work to adjust range to 2, but make sure to have 2 blocks on top of eachother instead of just 1) Dont know if this all makes sense, dont know how else to explain :P

The pizza burger and veggie burger fills all of your thirst, hunger and instantly fills your health. I stock up on veggie burgers because they are easy to make and drink woc milk for thirst. The disadvantage is they only stack 5 per slot. I hope this helps you because your tip about building a horizontal wall in stead of just a vertical wall really helped me. Thanks

hers reason why you are having so much lag when the haybots are raiding your farm is because of all of the bot arms you put everywhere. They count as an entity and they are collectable items at the same time so they add a lot of lag. If you stop stacking them in front of the farm, you shouldn't have lag issues anymore. This info is from pre-release so may not be what's actually still happening but someone said the blocks un-render before the cows and the ground do so they can step out of pens when you're a certain distance away. 2. put the sensor for watering on the end of the pistons in the rail and put a rack with notches above spaced out to fire above each plot (this is how Kan's system works).

Idea for extra security around farm barrier. Place Outward Facing Water Guns, around the base, to a switch. That way if you are overwhelmed with farmbots, you can shoot a barrier of water from perimeter of farm barrier, stunting all the surrounding farm bots, gives you few seconds to catch up on shooting them. So I built this and was super intimidated by all the timers you have in there, but rather than try to figure it out I just put a sensor on top of the little slide (the three blocks on the end of the center pistons) then placed a "peg" block sticking up every three blocks. It now fires the gun as soon as it gets over each spot, and only when it crosses the spots. Since it runs the cycle twice, it has yet to fail on the watering. I also dropped down to a single controller with more inputs for the pistons, which seemed to be fine.

@@abearcalledj no. It loads views first and locks the amount in and so then it loads likes which wouldve risen between the time of loading the views and likes.
