You should try to use a toner every day. Cleanse, tone, mask, then moisturize. It's so amazing for your skin! You should also be cautious with when you use the hyaluronic acid lotion. hyaluronic acid pulls moisture from the environment around you so if it's dry it's just gonna pull the moisture from your skin. if it's dry in your home you should get a humidifier if you don't have one. P.s. Go Pack Go!

I know I’m super late but I hope you see this... I think you may be using the bioré パーフェクトオイル wrong. Usually women here (I live in Kawasaki) put it directly onto their face with the fingertips and massage it gently into the skin, dissolving the makeup, including eye makeup. Then, using warm water, rinse the face thoroughly and follow up with regular cleanser. When used in this way (not with a cotton pad) there is little to no residue because the パーフェクトオイル will change consistency and become more “watery” as it is mixed with warm water in the rinsing process. I love using bioré products! Their sunscreen is the best💯

Sadly not really... I have a horrible diet from traveling so much, I'm really inconsistent but I do eat a lot of vegetables and take magnesium and vitamin C!

Eeep, you shouldn't use the pore strips! They strip out important oils and can cause infections because you're opening up your pores to bacteria :(

Luk Yat Ming I'm female and I still think that's a lot of work and money. You don't have to wear makeup and have super clear skin for someone to like you/find you attractive. But I don't think anyone is 'dumb' for putting a lot of work into their skin, we all have our priorities. I'm just lazy, and I've never been pretty, so I don't bother.
