I've listened to you for a few days straight and you are becoming a true inspiration to me. Uncle Joey and Lee Syatt got me through some really tough times working a kitchen job that I hated. Also was in the midst of a serious drinking problem and undiagnosed chronic depression. I owe them everything. They made me laugh when I needed it the most and now that I know we share that experience makes me love you, Jah and your channel even more!!! Keep it up man, you have a true fan in me 🤓

@@DazewithJordantheLion Jordan I really loved the storytelling in this vid ... yes , it should be written out . If this was a book , alot of people would buy it . And then a script from the book . You probably hate the idea of script writing but if you don't already know it , you might want to learn it ... This , including your times talking with Shelley Winters would make a great fun movie that a lot of people could relate to and would really enjoy ; I think of Robert Townsend's 1987 film Hollywood Shuffle . And of course since Diaz is still alive , wouldn't it be great if he would play himself in it . The hardest part after the script would be getting investors ... anybody to help you get the movie made .

I wish I could extra-like this video. Having lived and worked out there as a young adult in the early 90s, man - the industry can either make or break you. I just want to give you a huge hug for keeping the faith and plugging away. I remember the huge circle of people that I worked with and got to know out there - we were all out there without our families, and a huge support system for each other. We’d help each other whenever we could, personally and professionally. You do see the best and worst in human behavior in the industry, for sure. I think you’re awesome, I’m so glad you met “your people” out there (including your best friend from music school, Shelley Winters, and others who encouraged and supported you). You have something special to share with the world, my friend ❤️

Great vlog. Lots of good information on you and the jobs you've had. You didn't mention that you met Shelly Winters when you worked at the Deli. I've been following you for a while now and you've always done great things. I remember when you went to Michaels wedding and I think that got you thinking about traveling to Europe. I loved when you finally made it. You took us along and made us all feel like we were there with you. You've made such a nice, friendly place to come. Yes, you have to deal with "trolls" but that's not your fault. I hope good things continue to happen for you. When this Pandemic thing ends. I can't wait to see where you go first. Jordan 🇯🇴 about half way through all I could hear was Tom Petty's song "Into the Great Wide Open" after you would talking about the record companies and the general troubles that you were having with them, you pushed yourself and got to meet so many talented people. You knew yourself enough to be yourself in all situations and things tended to work out. SAG must have been a step in the road and felt difficult to let go. But you blazed a path through Los Angeles with a tremendous script attached to it that it sounds like Tarantino movie! Wherever you are relocating... you might ask neighbors how long it has been since an alligator was found in that pond out back. 'Nature' isn't the only possible source: people sometimes turn loose their exotic "pets" when they tire of them and that would be an ideal release area.
