Interesting Digimon was the last show i watched on tv. That is until years later when we got Animax and they aired Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Was i excited for that tuesday evening scifi block! But their usual programing deteriorated hard and fast after that until it was reality shows. (?!?) But my first anime was Triton of the Sea if you can believe it, not because im THAT old but the national brodcaster invested in an anime that was a quarter century old at the time and it was glorious! But enough about me - evidently we all have our unique history with anime and im glad you took the time to tell us about yours it was a fun watch. Good to know you are willing to criticise yourself, too many people would rather die than tell you anything negative about themselves or would defend the supposed positivity of their negative points against reason.

Another great video once again man! For me when it's comes to my love for anime as a medium started as a kid with watching both Pokemon & Digimon with my younger brother on Jetex at first during the earlyish-to-mid 2000s around there. I remember seeing Zatch Bell and Bobobo-bo-bobo on Toonami before it moved to Adult swim, but my love for anime didn't fully take form until I was much older around maybe between 17 or 19? Either way I'm going to always & forever love both anime & manga as artful storytelling mediums all the way when am a old lady.

@@AnimeTopScholar No problem man, I swear some parts of your anime journey reminds me a little bit of mine. Regarding knowing different anime directors & creators also anime Studios in terms of finding the anime that caters more to your taste & such, especially since I think there's is far more to Anime as a medium then just the typical Shounen action show or then just the mainstream titles only. Most of my favorite anime series tends to vary a lot in either genres or decades in terms of both modern anime and retro, underrated, unheard of anime.

@@AnimeTopScholar Absolutely so true. That's why I usually tend to search for or find those special hidden gems within the Anime industry, or discover ones left unnoticed and underappreciated within every seasonal anime release that don't get a lot of popularity or massive attention on it.

I got hooked to anime this year because I’m simply bored of tv shows. It’s good to have something to watch after a long day. I thought anime was only for kids till now but my god some of them are dark!

I am indeed. I didn't watch Attack on Titan until after the first season finished airing. I didn't even really hear about it until I discovered AniTube and what not
