i have had this same problem in my left knee for more then a year. i realized whenever i stopped squatting it went away so what i started doing was i squatted till the pain started then stopped and switched to leg press till the pain went away and then switch back to squats. But now it has reached a point where it is taking way longer to recover. And also watching tom platz videos i have always forced myself into narrow stance, drop sets, heavy weights. i think it is time i leave my ego aside like deon and get to the root cause of it. thankss!!

Bhai yhi mere sath ho rha th last 7 month se mai yhi sochta tha ki knee aage nhi jaane chahie,,, but kl hi maine knee ko aage jaane diya toh bhai mai proper squat kr paya and today i have a muscle soreness😊😊😊
