After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Make fitness a plus point. Bodybuilding is not for everyone and not everyone should pursue it because of the negative side and other side effects invoicing drugs which are bad for the long run. I have been a steroid user once and I can assure you it feels super good but I would any day prefer being natural all my life. The bodies in bodybuilding are only stage bodies and can never be achieved naturally so unless your goal is to showcase your body on stage, only then go for it. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

As other proffesion demands degree knowledge experience etc. This proffesion also demands many right way things and for this we need a genuine humble & profeciency able coach to go though the right direction instead of following some stupid coach like Tarun gill I will go with the man who really deserves respect n honour in his field yatinder Singh sir.

Knowledge is power 💪 Bodybuilder ban ne mei 10 saal minimum lagte hain tab ja kar stage pe muscle maturity dikhti hain. Promote karna hain toh natural bodybuilding ko karo lekin woh kisi ko karna nahi hain kyuki aajkal sabko pahaad jaisa ban na hain, symmetry kisi ko nahi chahiye

if u think that u have to loose some fat/weight then it's most recommend that u do empty stomach cardio in morning... it's best for fat loss.... if u can't do it in morning then do it for 20-30 min after all weight training.... don't do it in between your exercise cause it will reduce ur strength in weight training ...... you can do 5-6 times cardio /week if u wanna loose weight in general for normal body 3-4 times is enough....... hope this will help you

यतेंद्र सिंह भाई आपने बिल्कुल ठीक कहा एक पावर और भी है जिसको ऊपरवाला कहते हैं और अपनी खुद की veel 💪Power भाई मेरी भी रीड की हड्डी स्लिप हो गई थीं मुझे भी डॉक्टर ने whait को हाथ लगाने को मना कर दिया था पर मेरा जिम में बचपन से लगाव है बचपन से ही एक अटैचमेंट है 4, बजे हो या 5, यां 6 बजे रात को उठ उठ कर दी मैंने जिम किया है सर्दी हो या गर्मी बारिश हो या तूफान मैंने कभी जिम की छुट्टी नहीं जब मुझे यह बात पता लगी अब कभी बैठ नहीं मार पाऊंगा या जिम नहीं जा पाऊंगा 😭😭पर भाई आपने बिल्कुल सही कहा कि खुद की अपनी एक विल पावर एक खुद की अंदर की एक विल पावर होती है जो पत्थर को भी पिघला 🔥🔥 सकती है लोहे को भी तोड़ सकती है but अब मैं बिल्कुल ठीक हूं और नॉर्मल एक्सरसाइज भी करता हूं वहां पर उतना पहले के मुकाबले वेट नहीं उठा पाता हूं मगर लाइट वेट में फील पूरा लेकर पूरे मसल पर इफेक्ट लेता हूं । Thanku Bhai 👏
