You do the ds160 once you get your case transit and to be ready at the embassy. Once it’s says ready …then you can do the ds160 As of right now. When it asks “Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?” Does this mean high school as well? And what about elementary and middle school, should I include that? 2. Medical done overseas are valid for 1 year (the sealed file you handed over upon entry). You don’t need to submit i693 if that’s the case. The instructions are on the UCIS website. So pretty much. You need to print out the return transcripts of your tax years. Such as 2022, 2021 and 2020. You will have make copies of the w2 for each year as well. It’s pretty much the same thing you did for the k1visa.

Yeah that’s fine. Ask them if they do a MRV medical exam The medical examination reviews medical history, physical exam, mental health, vaccinations, and blood tests for communicable diseases. The exam is divided into three parts: a chest x-ray, a physical examination, a blood test, vaccinations, and a questionnaire. The physical examination includes examination of the eyes, ears, nose, throat, extremities, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes, and skin.

As mentioned they only give two vaccines but the embassy required an additional 10 more vaccines according to the packet we received. I know blood tests let the physical determine which vaccines are necessary for a k1 visa. Can you please tell me a little bit more in detail about what vaccine your wife took or not?

Copy is fine in black and white or color. As long as it’s a copy and not original document. The i134 is okay to have a copy. But it’s preferred to be the real one. Because of the signing of the petitioner. But that’s my thoughts on it. I haven’t done the copy before when turning something in.

You can fill out the i134 once you have a interview date and when you get everything all done and organized. The petitioner needs to fill out the form and provide evidences to the forms. Such as bank statements , investments, savings , 401k statements , retirement pension and tax transcripts for three years and w2 as well.

Once the ds160 is filled out. You will need to pay the embassy fee. From there. Once everything is all done. Then you can book your interview date and time. Once you finish that. Then you need to prep all documents for the interview.

You will need to pay and have that receipt confirmation on payment. From there. You can look for interview dates and times. The faster you get here. The quicker you can find times and dates. Cause that’s the form the interview person will look at. You should of gotten an mail package of the new visa approval or it was supposed to be picked up. Congrats on the interview. But I would double check to see if it can be picked up. So that you don’t have to worry. That’s what I did for my fiancé. And she got it picked up and it was in hand.

I would fill it in in black ink on the i134 forms. But there shouldn’t be a fee on that form. It will be sent to the beneficiary to the interview time. But you will need to give the beneficiary all evidences of bank statements. Retirement statements. Paystubs for the last two months. And also tax transcripts for the last three years.

Sort of. Once my fiancé got interview and passed. They already placed the paperwork as approved and it will be process. And she got the visa within 7 days.

So you have 90 days before you get married once you step into the USA. But when you decide to go the USA. The passport visa will expire in less than 60 days. So get going on booking your ticket asap.

The K1 Visa (in your passport) contains an expiration date. That date is the last day the alien fiancé can enter the U.S (U.S date i.e). When they enter, the 90 days countdown begins. If you get married within the 90 days and submit your Adjustment of Status Application within the 90 days - and they confirm receipt, then the alien fiancé can remain in the U.S beyond the 90 days awaiting processing of your application, biometrics appointment, etc. Hope that clarifies.

That means. You will need to book your interview on your own. You will need to do the ds160 and then pay the feee. And then you can book your interview time and date.

When doing the AOS. Look at the website on current lockbox location based on where you live. That’s the address to mail it and send in all your forms. I485, i765, i131 and i864

You should gotten a welcome letter email with your case number. That’s suppose to the letter. If you did everything else. Yes you can pay the fee.

That depends if he meets the poverty line of income of support. You should double check on it on where he lives. And if he can handle the financial support. Because if he can’t and if the poverty line for him is too low. Then he will need a sponsor.

You will need to file for the adjustment of status. You need to fill out form i485, i131, i864 and i765. You will need to provide all evidence of each folder set up. Look at my other video and it will show what the folders and stuff you need to attach to it. You need to do this asap and before the 90 days ends. Goodluck and keep me posted.

You will need to apply for social security by gathering all your evidence. The easiest way is to first get married and have your marriage certificate copy with the stamped approved by the office. Then you will bring that to the social security office with your appointment confirmation. You will need to have the passport with your visa stamp inside, birth certificate, i94 border form, identification/ driver license , I-797 approval form , and your social security application form to be filled up.

Once you get a social security card. If you need to change your married last name. You will need the official marriage certificate in order to get it change for the AOS. You will need to do the i485, i131, i765 and i864 forms. You will create a folder of each one of them. And additional folder for your proof of relationship. Each folder will consists of evidences to the adjustment of status. Look at my last video I upload on each folders and the table of contents to submit. Goodluck and do it before the 90 days.

Once you have your interview. And paid the fee and did the ds160. Start prepping your folders for the Interview now. And make sure to get the medical exam done. Police report completed and exam. But make sure the evidences of what you bring to the interview is all set and ready. Because that’s the moment where you need everything properly prepared for the appointment. Goodluck and congrats
