I grew up in the southwest of the US and videos of Australia always remind me of home. The terrain you showed us is reminiscent of Mesa Verde in Colorado, with ruins of cliff dwellers. Love how easily you mix with people and the quality of your friends.

Deep-fried Mars bars are unusual in Britain but are most often seen in Scotland. I hadn't heard they were a 'thing' at Bondi. We loved the Blue Mountains when we came to Australia. We went on the steep railway and walked around the bottom.

Montréal has an École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) similar to UTS I think. I went to an open house and they were still working on snowmobile heads and off-highway vehicles, but they also had a solar racer they took to Australia.
