Sticking with my 'get fit' plan, I made it to the top of my hike and it felt so good. I start to tell the story of my last hospitalization, which was a true healing crisis. I explain this in a gentle way, leaving out scary details, as I don't want to scare you! Maybe you want to hear them? Is this too heavy of a topic?
The camera shut off and ended the story. Should I make a part 2? Let me know.
If I can get to Wellville, so can YOU! I will walk with you. :)
your comments and feedback mean a lot to me... so leave some. :)
this way we can share and interact.

Hello again, I re-listened and would very much like to hear Part 2, as much as you care to share. I am very curious to know the first things that started to ease the pain and swelling that you were suffering from...you started to mention the cannabis and I'm wondering how that went and what the next steps you took were...how long it took and when you felt you'd started to turn the corner... Thanks, Kathy :-)

Hi Athena, another beautiful setting! It was a little difficult to hear this video and I am right underneath an air conditioner making some noise. I have to go out now but am going to listen again when I come home, and turn my a/c off and stick my ear right up to the laptop so I can hear everything! For right now all I can say is it is very difficult to imagine you were so sick and in such pain, given how beautiful, radiant and healthy you look now. I do agree with what Helen said below; details are very helpful and motivational.

Hi Kathy, I'm glad you like the setting, I 'earned' it! :) Thank you for your feedback, I have to sort out the technical stuff. Thank you for the lovely compliments, I can't tell you how sweet that is of you to say! You know, we see ourselves differently than other people see us, for certain. This story is one of many similar, unfortunately. Fighting for survival many times. Like I always say, If I can get to Wellville, anybody can!! I heard you and Helen say you want more details. When I can, I will!!! :)

i found it very difficult to hear this video too. i have no surrounding noise. i think a microphone clipped to her blouse would help. do you know where part 2 is?

Hi. I just listened to your video with Dr. Morse and now watching all your other videos. I love your message and tone. Please keep the videos coming! Such great messages and you seem like such a wonderful person. I look forward to learning from you.

It's always fantastic for me to hear any feedback, I really appreciate it! I told Dr. Morse since I do everything alone (making videos, etc.) I don't have the objectivity of what people want, what they like, need, etc. So, Thank you, I'll do my best to keep the videos coming. I appreciate you being here with me on my journey and you seem like a wonderful person, too! :))

I think scary details are a MUST to get people jolted in to action on their own behalves. It seems necessary to wake people up with something like a rocket up their you know what's at times! Otherwise, humans continue to snore. I know because I am one such human who has to be in agony before I do anything! Oops. :( Thanks for all you do Athena. xx

Helen, you are right, that is the human condition. Many times, one has to hit rock bottom, have nowhere else to go but up, before you finally get it. Give yourself loads of credit, you are on the path to Wellville, and will surely arrive at some point! You keep going, it took me quite a while to get here! Yes, I think I'll take down this video and make another version another time. I'd love to hear from others on what they want to hear! Yes, I have a lot of scary details, fighting for my life again is pretty terrifying! xx

Thank you. I've thought about what else I could call it too. :) I like variety, lol. Change things up a bit from time-to-time. Oh - and hey, I like healing Event as well. That's what I had been calling my little episodes. I can see how there could be some to qualify for Crisis. And sounds like you've sure been thru it. You're so right about talking in front of a camera being like a monologue. I've done several - none posted yet. It'll happen. Like you - gotta share. (The 'Candy' isn't suppose to be behind the name.. I need to fix that.)

you are an amazing and strong lady, I love that about you, you are a fighter! I was near bedridden just over 1 year ago with a heart condition among many many more issues! I could not lift my head off the ground without blackouts, near blackouts, severe vomiting and with severe tachycardia, my adrenals so down would black out laid down in bed. Severe liver/gallbladder issues hospitalised many times, refusing surgery, pain relief, radiation. I have had many out of body and near death experiences. I have been getting better and better then all of a sudden boooom! massive flare up. BUT I am enjoying my journey and taking my babies along with me. My babies are 90% raw fruit. I CAN DO IT! Hugs and healing babe

Sara, you are a strong, fighter, lady, too...that's how you recognize it in me! :) After reading some of your history, we share very much in common with those symptoms, physical challenges, hospitalizations, etc. I"m very sorry you are going through this and have endured so much suffering, pain, and loss. I understand, I really do. Good for you that you refused surgery, radiation, pain relief, that will help you in the long run. I wished I hadn't had as many pharmaceuticals in my past, but it is what it is and all we can do is detox. Yes, you can be improving greatly for long periods and then boom, a massive flare up while you are working through and healing. It can be 5 steps forward and 2 steps back and this is how the journey goes for many of us, including myself. And you have babies? WOW, you are one helluva woman, Sara! Yes, You CAN DO IT and Yes You ARE DOING IT! Brava for taking your babies health up with fruit, you are fantastic! Hugs, healing, and love to you. Keep me posted, Sara!

Hi Sara, yes it's important to save your energy when going through the healing crisis. At times, the path is 2 steps forward 5 steps back, for sure. The ebb and flow of life in all realms. It's super that you are so in tune with your body and feeling everything, that's the place to be! I'm with you and keep going, you'll great through to the other side and will be stronger and better than ever! Thanks for being here. much love

I would love to hear all the story you want to tell, also the times and actions of your different treatments, about the fist time you started to get well in raw foods and herbs before this large healing event. Perhaps you could raise the volume in some editing software ;) Thanks for sharing your story and lightful being here. Hugs :)

Hi Laurel. Thank you for your feedback, that's very helpful! I have a small camera, it's portable and lightweight for when I hike up the mountain . I will learn how to edit at some point.I don't have a lot of extra time right now. I'm deciding if I'm going to continue making videos, if they're actually helpful and enjoyable to people. If I do continue, then I would be open to investing in more equipment and tools, for videos. :) I appreciate your input and thanks for being here! Hugs. :)

Yes your videos are helpful and enjoyable, you are a great talker and I am sure you have a lot to say! I saw and hear two of your talks with Dr Morse, those are great and that's how I came here. Some ideas for the audio: I've seen some people using earphones as microphones when conected directly to the recording device, you can check if your camera has an input for microphone, perhaps getting a cheap wireless one can be a good option. Some easiest way to fix the audio is with editing software; most computers bring a default app for that, also there are open source or free ones like this www.blender.org/download/, other one named Lightworks seems to have a free version. Rising up the volume is simple, some tutorial could help :)
