Alyssa, I have to tell you - you are absolutely nailing it with the quality of videos you are putting out. You just keep getting better and better! Your videos are not just unpolished vlogs like so many other KZbin content creators, you are creating cinematic experiences capable of provoking emotion and the feeling of being immersed in your world for a brief time. The scenery, the music, the story telling, the camera placement - your channel is so different now than it was when you were traveling in Lucky Bus a year or two ago. I'm truly, truly impressed with your growth as an artist on KZbin, and I look forward to every single video - I wish they were longer! ❤️

I am not one for putting feelings into words, but it is like you have read my soul and then put words to it that explains exactly how I have been feeling for years and not knowing how to deal with it. I know this is your journey, but when I stumbled across your video, it hit me hard, damn near brought me to tears how close your journey is to my situation, if I could call it that. You are an inspiration for having the COURAGE to step back and put yourself first, to take care of you! I have not had that courage to walk away from the Guilt of not living up to the expectations of people and society. For years I have been planning in my mind of doing exactly what you have, it is just so mind boggling to have watched your video of what I have been wanting to do for so long. When you spoke of those feelings of anxiety for not being productive, not doing what society expects of you, for me its more like a feeling of guilt, that was like "WHAT ??" I thought it was only me that is broken that way! How you freely express your emotions, yourself, your need and desire to be free from that bondage is admirable, Thank you for sharing, I hope one day our paths cross so that I could meet the person that helped me so profoundly to feel a little more normal.

I hang bird feeders around my camp. It is very enjoyable to me to watch them. Many of the same birds come back every day. Many times I am awoken in the am by a hummingbird fluttering at my window. I swear they are looking in, trying to tell me the feeder is low, or even before I've set it up! I always wonder if it's the same bird. I've been in this same forest for nearly 2 years, moving around. Me and the ranger don't get along much, but as long as I move every 2 weeks, he doesn't bother me. I'm having a pit stop to upgrade everything.

This episode is a great addition to your new story. The art segments are so well done, free and calm. I thought of Jim Morrison’s Native American dancing film in the desert. You have Mary Oliver on your shelf. Two poets you might also connect with - Beat Poet Gary Snyder, who went to Japan and studied Buddhism, “No Nature” has much you might enjoy. And the other is nature poet Galway Kinnell his “A New Selected Poems” has many of his great pieces. They are both high level, much awarded poets. Sometimes it’s good to give yourself a break from searching and seeking. It implies a level of inadequacy, that when not fulfilled compounds anxiety. Read thoughtful poets who write about their lives, life as it happens to them. In that, you will relax from your own need to satisfy, to produce, to give. And, sometimes you will see something in their work that makes you reassess problems, find solutions or be inspired. But at least you get a chance to stop. Well done. Keep up the good work and know that where you want to go is the same as where you are, for most of the important things in life.

I see so many individuals on here, that talk about how good it is, then they just light up and smile and seem overjoyed when they can share a day . Hopefully you can connect with someone online, or somewhere to give you the input and output you need and crave. Have fun travels, be safe. Peace.

OH NO....I was cooking & missed the LIVE. 😔 I LOVE how you show the REAL LIFE OF BUS LIFE & that it's not always Instagram shots....not saying that it's not absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous out there where you are but just to let everyone know that it's not always parked on a cliff above a beach with a group of people & everything is perfect! I am an extreme introvert & I used to be such a social butterfly but I was so unhappy then. I can go days....weeks & not speak to or see anyone & I am so happy & content. Being around people gives me anxiety....probably because I have trust issues but as long as I'm happy like this why change? I love who I am & being all by myself. I'm not lonely at all. THANK YOU SO much for posting this & always being real! BTW....I JUST LOVE RIO!

Can you keep a secret, Melissa? Rio is the reason I am following Lyss. LOL
