Life is meaningless. But you are not out here for you. You are put here for others to help them. Your videos do help others see that they are not alone on how they feel. You need to smile and show you are not alone. God loves you. I love you. You will be changing peoples lives by smiling and focusing on others and showing them that they matter as much as you do. ❤❤❤ you are very cute by the way. Just smile and seek Jesus.

I don't know if it's the medication, or it's because of the mental health, if it's something in me, or if it's something based on my conditions, why are these thoughts happening, I couldn't do that, that's scary.

it can be all of the above and everything that you think is valid, however, you really gotta look into it how you are managing your mental health. If it is affecting living a productive, satisfactory life than you may want to think otherwise. You gotta find what works for you. If the meds work great, if not then try to find something that does and I've tried over 30 meds to find the right ones. It can take years, and if you dont' want to go the med route which is fine, therapy, finding the right support system can really be beneficial. I hope you do find what you are looking for.

@@BeyondBipolarBlog Thanks, I have an idea of what I need to do, I just need to find the motivation to actually go through with that idea, getting the motivation is the hard part for me, and if I don't do it then it makes me feel worse. I'm glad I came across your Channel, because sometimes I feel like I was alone. The hardest part for me is the restlessness and the lack of sleep, I feel like I'd be much more healthy if I had that aspect fixed, but it's been 5 to 10 years. Thanks for listening.

I appreciate the comment. It is very hard to not look at physical appearance when it is so obvious but people don't understand sometimes what someone with bd goes through. I think over time i've learned to accept myself and I personally feel being on the right medications has helped me feel alot better about myself. If you have a set of goals, passions and can contribute in some way to society and find friends that care about you it can make your life so much easier. Therapist and a good psychiatrist can help, but nothing beats someone that can truly understand you and cherish your life with, but for now, bare with what you have and believe in yourself that things will get better and you can overcome anything you set your mind too.

Scary how powerful body dysmorphia can be. I was reading your comment and had not seen how you looked. I thought you were going to look like a troll, then I saw your picture and was astonished.
