Thanks for sharing this . I can identify with so much of this . I can feel like I’m recovering and then someone can say just one thing that my ocd fixes on and I’m in a bad bad place for a long time . I’m grateful for your posts as they help me and for the times we live in where I can get info .I just wish I didn’t have it , but it’s definitely more bearable with you guys . Thank you for talking about your hard times to help others .

Rob is such an awesome guy. No big unnecessary words. Just normal, sensible, clear, to the point perfect story telling.

Loved this audio clip! Had a laugh and also gained some good insights. Make more! Perhaps consider a podcast or just more if these its all golden. When i explain my ocd sometimes to people that think im mental! Ocd for me was mainly about health for many years. Then i got Harm ocd snd the the joyous pocd which was really rough. Would love an audio clip of all your knowledge on pocd Rob cause that ones the hardest to get really insight into. Anyway appreciate the work! Lived a similar life to you too down here near Brighton. I also went mad for weight lifting and built up from 9 stone to 15 stone!

Having two minds inside one. Is what really it feels like having OCD. You know that its not real but you cant stop feeling anxiety or being annoyed with the thoughts

Hey Andreas - Trying to tell ourselves it's not real is why our cycles continue :-) I was there for a very long time.

@@aguywhohikes1271 Yes I agree. And I sometimes fall back into the rabbit hole.

Loved hearing this. Blimey lots of things simular too. I did laugh at some of the stories as they were very funny.... I know how OCD is terrible at the time but looking back at our situations they are tragic but also bloody funny... Can you contact you for prospect of some therapy?
