I found this steamer practically useless. It did reduce wrinkles on the front and back panels but not at the bottom of the blouse because that's where I had to hold the blouse tight. And you couldn't get creases like with an iron. Also, I had to find a place to hang the blouses so I could hold the bottom of the blouse, so I ended up using an extension cord which the directions say isn't safe. I'll take my iron for a crisp look over this.
