Yay!! I needed a pattern for a baby girl blanket and......wham! There you go again, reading my mind. I have to say, I've been ordering directly from Premier for several months now and not only do I absolutely love every yarn I've tried so far, but the flash sales and deals are incredible. I highly recommend signing up with them, an all around bargain. Thanks for sharing this Glenda
@elianamiller26665 жыл бұрын
@Vicky Delrossi What has been their highest % off that they offer? Ad how frequent do they have their 'flash sales and deals"? Better than JoAnn's 50%, 60% OFF Coupons weekly if not, then every 2 weeks. As I do not buy my yarn unless is at least 50%.OFF. And of yarns that both of my JoAnn's and Michaels HAS ALWAYS HONOURS EACH OTHERS COUPONS.

Eliana Miller I just bought their Boreal yarn at 5 for 10, I believe its around 200 yards but don't quote me. I also got their Parfait (not layers, solids) for $3 each and a special 220 yards. I also have been buying Downtown Abbey for $3 each since January, it's around 50% off, if you go to Deals and Hot Deals for the New Year, you'll find the Premier Cotton big skeins for $6, also half off. Those are according to supply and colors are limited at this point, but still plenty to grab. Their Mystery bags are 6 skeins of either bulky, worsted or DK for $10, I've gotten 4 of these and they make sure you get at least 3 of each color. Last week I also got 5 for 10 of Chamonix, a #3 gorgeous yarn on flash sale. I went bonkers buying the Raffia yarn at $2 each, great for bags or hats, but I think that's all gone now. Free shipping $60 and over, free crochet hook or knitting needles $50 and over. Shipping $10 or so otherwise. It's a why not to check out, I'm on a fixed income and I only stock up when there's a great sale myself. Good luck and happy crocheting.
@remedy96485 жыл бұрын
Eliana Miller sorry, I forgot to mention that if you just click on DEALS, you'll find amazing sales right now, the Flash Sales are a separate, usually 6 hour event.

I enjoy your patterns and videos. The free patterns on your website are so well done and easy to access. Thank you. I have a suggestion for new crocheters that want to get their edges straight. Put a stitch marker in after you finish the first stitch in a row on both ends. That way you will always know for sure where your row begins and where it ends. Even though I’ve been crocheting for 50 years I still use stitch markers for tricky patterns or fuzzy yarns. It can save you a lot of frustration.

Beautiful blanket. I’ve got some variegated Bernat baby blanket yarn that I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with it. I also have some Bernat blanket bundles that has the 3 kinds of yarn like the yarn you used and it’s a pink-red combo. Even though it will be the same pattern the 2 different balls of yarn will make the blankets look totally different. Thanks so much for sharing. I can’t wait to make this. It’s such a simple pattern that you can zone out in front of the tv. But when your done it looks like a hard and complicated pattern. Nobody needs to know. Lol :)

Hey Glenda, I've already started my great grand babies blanket, but I can't wait to make this one next! I'm making the ripple pattern right now. I hope it doesn't make her dizzy lol I love that yarn it look so comfy! I've been hesitant in trying it because the last time I used that type of yarn it would break very easily and fibers would come off and find its way up my nose and in my mouth lol it was a completely different brand and I think they discontinued it. Perhaps I will try this one tho. Thank you very much for sharing! Be blessed 💕💕

Hello creative grandma! How are you? I'm blessed🙏🏾. They are stop selling the parfait layer yarn I had to go all over Jo-Ann Fabrics to try to find it after Googling to see who had it left. I made my first blanket sweetie baby blanket it is so beautiful the only thing bad I bought the yellow, blue and the blue white yellow and when I got to the row of the yellow it looked kind of dingy looking or warren some type of way. So I had to take that portion of the blanket down and cut that color off which was kind of frustrating. I love your patterns I love them and I follow you. Many blessings to you creative grandma.

Hi Glenda, I love the way that you explain the how to’s on different stitches. I do have a silly question, does this pattern only work&look right (with the bump) with a bulky yarn? Would the appearance be the same with a #4 yarn?
