This is great news! Had a CT in 2020 for the chest pain and x-ray - both clear and unexplainable to this day. Mine was persistent daily and with any that wasn't sitting down, so walking and being alive haha, especially bad with exercise for the first 2 years. Then with life changes it died down and I can now say anxiety was a chest pain exasperater! It's near enough gone now in year 3. Happy days. Thank you for your account of Long Covid - helps feel less alone. Sending strength to keep going xo

Same here, I found the main issue with chest pain, check out: 1. Costochondritis (Rib Cage Cartilage) pain - caused by respiratory tract infection, usually left bottom side of chest, connected to sternum - getting more blood flow through stretches or exercises to the spine at the back helps heal the rib cage faster. 2. Conditions similar to POTS - most Long Covid symptoms

Good to hear you’re doing so much better! If I were you, I would take the FLCCC prevention protocol (including ivm and hcq) to avoid you get back into the mess you just crawled your way out of like I did

It is! Knowing you have tools when it does is so important. And understanding what is going on with the body to cause it.

I also experience occasional chest pain. I wasn’t incredibly sick from Covid but it was still pretty bad. Don’t have any long term symptoms, other than occasional chest pains, which I never associated with Covid until now. Feels like someone is poking at my lung or heart on the left side, it’s kind of subtle. Went in for the ekg and chest X-ray, and blood work. They said I look great and healthy. That’s my story 🤷🏻‍♂️ sounds very similar. I always thought it was like my heart muscle… so I stopped drinking stimulants, stopped sleeping on my left side, but when I saw the x-ray, I realized the pain is actually not near my heart. My heart is much lower. One unique experience was that I went for a run and chest starts hurting 1 mile in. When I got back, I was fine, except for when I would clear my throat or cough, it would trigger the pain. Same spot. That was two days ago when I went in. Slept fine and back to normal now… Anyways, if anyone has any answers or ideas, would love some insight!

I've had exactly the same - a Niggling intermittent chest pain and one really nasty recent chest pain which prompted me to go to the doctor. ECG is fine but I'm going to go for a chest stress test

I had severe covid in september 2020 and my health plummeted for 18 months. The NHS were hopeless long waiting lists. I decided to do my own research and came a cross a canadian guy who also had severe long covid and he signed up for trials at a hospital and they actually found a cure for all symptoms of long covid patients which for some reason was hush hush and no info available on main stream news.

I have Pressure/not pain, but more pressure unconfort pressure in the front bottom half of the neck, left side, correlate with my symptoms, anyone else have this? Also done several aminoacid test in private cause healthcare refuse, first one showed no/very low level of Aragnin, and L-Glutamin, fixed that, felt better, second showed something wrong with the gut, handling protein. recomended to eat B vitamin. All this I connect to Autoimun disreg, fight or flight. Hard to sleep etc, better lying down, worse standing. The point in the neck is called Halsfläta in swedish. I suspect at this point, the Veins come up, very close to the nerves, vagus nerve, plexus cervicalis. Its all conected. I belive the nerves are very exposed in the neck, to pressure from something, inflamatory etc. For example the spike from both vax or covid can triger some kind of autoantibody that atack the mysel, gel around the nerves, makeing them lose conection, also this I belive is a disruption in the long haul. They say I breath bad, hyperventilate but I dont, to much CO2, makes me shiver and shake I think. 35 male, former diver, I get no help from health care cause they say nothing is wrong with me, at the same time a big chunk of the world seem too know standard test dont give much. Its a joke all this, someone have been paid of.

I had Covid in October 2023, got two versions of penicillin based antibiotics in 3 weeks due to other issues I had connected with Covid, throat pain... since then I have constant chest pain, tightness, feeling of having a potato right above the solar plexus area, problem doing any pull exercises which cause strong pain in the middle right side of my chest - under the bones, not chest muscles... I have problems lying on my stomach, often low blood pressure and constant tiredness... absolved all kinds of checks and I cant find any solution, physiotherapy isnt helping much either... I just dont know what to do and it seems my doctor doesnt too

Some of your symptoms definitely sound similar to some of what I experienced. There is hope of recovery! Look into Dysautonomia, and then start looking into what you can do to help. Understanding it is a big step, because then you can work out how to help. Listen to some recovery stories for ideas. There are loads on the podcast - www.longcovidpodcast.com :)
