wow i never heard of lactose-vegetarian and i used to consume rice and veggie in my lunch three year ago on daily basic with rajma or white chana , now i understand why i didn't lose much weight cause panner used be in diet but in dinner cause eating 300gm of panner seem to be much in term of spending money will try again this time will replica your dish soon i haven't had maggie in more than 3 year as far i remember , thank for the video

I made the same recipe with 50 grams boiled soya chunks instead of paneer and that too was a good dish and also a good alternative 😊, somedays i have this kind of dish with paneer and save up soya for the next meal and vice versa. 😊
