You mullet was hilarious, sadly I have seen people walking around with worst cut mullets and they think they look good. Being your hair was fairly full and long enough before you hacked it off, it seems a shame you could not have kept it to use for a wig rather than han just throw it in the trash.

I did look at the requirements for hair donations and sadly I did not meet those requirements.
