My mama's simple Vegetables & Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups green beans
- 1 1/2 cups fresh peas
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 each fresh: green, jalapeño seeded & ribs removed & banana peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tblb olive oil
- 1 tbls butter
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp each granulated onion & garlic powder
- 3 tbls each fresh oregano & basil
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted chicken bone broth
- 8 onz cooked fusilli pasta
- fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
