Hey Val! Have you tried using the coin trick to measure nail beds? I am a brand new creator and I am very skeptical about sending nails out without having the customer's hands in front of me.

Yes, I do this with every client. Because legit none of my clients come from my local area lol. Make sure they are laying their hands as flat as possible. You can test it out on yourself. And then send them a example photo.
