I write note cards with motivational quotes & phrases and I laminate them & post in areas around the house where I see them often. I have been committed to my own self improvement for most of my life but the execution & discipline has been a challenge. The note cards really help. I also start my mornings with caffeine + vitamins and videos like this one. I have a couple vision board up in my kitchen (my early morning hang out & workout area) and I am currently working on another one for motivation (beast mode theme..) I decided this is the year that I am ready to focus on my physical strength (stolen by a decade of severe tick disease health issues). I don’t want to work out right away in the mornings but I am doing it, slowly but surely. Every morning. And I love getting my motivation & drive ignited by these videos!

He said the Army taught him the discipline hes was grateful for that . But , he said " he " my father James Moran discovered the balance for himself , in the nature , in family and friends . But, most of all in himself . It will come to you James . I know it will. Our name in Gealic means Strong . Think about that .
