So my mum has a younger sister, she married a British man and gave birth to my older cousin sister. My mum and dad (obviously) got married and had me a few years later. But everyone (and I) would KEEP saying that my personality and looks were SO MUCH like my aunt that they would confuse her as my mum. This of course stuck to little old me but I was also so much like my dad I came to the (messed up/Telenovela inspired) conclusion that my 'mum' and my aunt's husband were together first and gave birth to my cousin and my 'aunt' and my dad got together and had me. BUT something happened and they ended up marrying the other person and decided to raise us as if I was my 'mum's' son and my cousin was my 'aunt's' daughter. Of course looking at it 10 years later, I realise how much nonsense I grew up thinking XD

my mom went to take the trash cans put for trash day, so she came in, and like for a couple hours, she doesn't know it but a lizard WAS HANGING OUT ON HER BACK. Okay, this isn't my story but my freshman year lit teacher told us about a story that her former student told her. So on Halloween, when she was little, she and a group of friends went out trick or treating around the neighborhood, and at some point they decided to split up to cover more houses. So she goes off alone and she notices a van following her. She speeds up, so does the van. She started to run, the van comes down the street after her and the door slides open and someone grabs her and pulls her inside. Obviously she's freaking out, only to see that the person who was "kidnapping" her was her uncle, who thought that would be an hilarious Halloween trick. Needless to say, her mother (his sister) did not agree and she basically disowned him.

My mom HATES arañas! One year for April Fools, an idea came along 👀. Ya tu sabe que fue 👀. So my hermanos y yo got una araña plástica y la pusimos abajo de su almohada. I remember I was around 15yrs old and I was working with my dad on the back patio that wasn't covered. It started sprinkling so we had to put all of his tools and extension cords away before the rain got any worse. Well I was at the back door (which had a window) and I looked down at the extension cord and immediately thought of a prank. So I picked up the cord, held it high enough so it can be seen through the window and waited for my mom to walk near the door. As soon as I saw her turn the corner through the window, I started acting like I was being shocked, that was when all hell broke loose. She screamed and ran so quick towards me. She opened the door and it looked like she was going to dive towards me to get me away from the cord. Before she could attempted that, I dropped the cord and started busting up laughing on the ground. She was NOT pleased. Now, growing up with a Latin mom she used to grab whatever she could in her proximity to whoop my @$$ when I was out of line. She literally grabbed the extension cord out of natural instinct to beat me down, but she realized what she grabbed before she could land a blow (she knew it would leave a mark lol) then set it down. Immediately in a blink of an eye, I had the full force of the chancla coming down on me like Thor calling on lightning on Mjolnir and striking me down. I was grounded for a only a week, but it was worth it.

She would tell the customers and when they asked to meet her sister, she would go into the house, change clothes, come back and pretend to be her sister. My dad was in medical school at the time and I was five and sometimes I would shadow him during times that weren't as regulated or with a lot of students and there was a classmate of his that I hated the labs and the cadavers and never wanted to touch the cadavers during their lab time so my dad being the prankster that he is cut off the ear of the cadaver and put it in her lab coat when she wasn't looking and when she reached for her pen she got that year instead and all hell broke loose
