Don’t worry if the wrapping not perfect. Actually in Shanghai, they fry them upside down. To make the perfect dome. I’m going to try your recipe.

Yes vegetarian one would be awesome! I like to use bamboo shoot + tofu + a veggie (pea shoot, kale, lettuce root, etc.) And yes, I thought of you when I made this dough! The number one thing is to let it rise to the point where it doubles in size! (baking powder, warm water, fully bloomed yeast, sufficient wait time would all support this) There are 3 others tips specifically for Bao --> 10:30 tip 1 - First deflation 11:15 tip 2 - Second deflation 13:47 tip 3 - Temperature of filling Send me a pic when you make these :D

I've never tried that, but I think that would lower the gluten yes!
I supposed because you are talking at the direction of "PP", so she must have thought you are talking to her instead. Being the good dog, she paid close attention to what you are saying, but with no food/snack/praise coming, she lost interest - my inner dog sense. Hahaha. Thanks for the English version, I truly appreciate it~! Do share some of the recipes you learned in school (only if it's possible).
