I'm just starting a channel and I'd love to see how to store and organize your videos for future use! Thanks for the great info as always!

I store my videos in Google Drive and categorize them. I have a calendar where certain days are meant for certain content, and then I push out the videos that are in the appropriate category. I'd be interested in what Gillian has to say. 🙂

@@SamVanderWielen I’m more curious what do do with finished products or the cuts I might want to repurpose. At this point, my videos suck, so storing them is painful but I’m sure I’ll want to have the assets? for the future. Just wondering how to start right!

Your Sunday "holding day" is huge for me! What I've been doing is rescheduling each overdue task with a new date already, but your Sunday hack makes it easier to see all the tasks and assess first before assigning a new date. Simple, clever, love it.

I love asana! It's helped me start my KZbin business. I used Basecamp for 10 years while I was building Solo Stove but now it's a lot more expensive for the solopreneur than it was 10 years ago, go figure.

Thank-you Gillian for today's video insight into using Asana for organizing your weekly schedule (love the Sunday tip btw!) I love Asana, I use it for planning out my videos (research, scripting, recording, editing, scheduling, posting, promoting, etc.) But I hadn't considered using it for my weekly tasks as well. I have been using a combo of a notepad and workflowy, another free service, but now that I see how clean and easy it is to organized in Asana (and how portable it is to use when I'm on the go) I'm going to revamp my strategy and use Asana for my weekly tasks. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart. You always give us the best goods Gillian, you are so very appreciated! BIG HUGS 🤗

Never used the software before, but I really appreciate how you went about showing how you estimated how long all your tasks could take and getting them ready to be put on the calendar. I am trying to learn how to be more organized in my professional and personal life, so this helps huge!! Your knowledge and intelligence is appreciated :).

LOVE Asana! I also reschedule tasks week-to-week...and then they get pushed back a little longer than they should be, but at least they aren't red and intimidating when I go in there every day. 😆😆

Wow! This really help. Like me, I'm in Asana mastering how to properly managed clients and tasks, and mostly I am overwhelmed with the duties and responsibilities but with the help of these 8 steps I think I can move forward to what I am on in Asana. Thank you for sharing

LOVEEEE Asana! Its a great tool in my business. I add all of my tasks to Sunday also! It really helps visualize all of my tasks for the week too. I do love the idea of adding how long each task takes...I might have to implement that one.
