So, a good friend of mine moved into her house in a summer month. It had been vacant and no air running. Her unit ran constantly after she moved in because the unit just couldn't catch up from being vacant with no air. The next summer everything was fine with the unit cycling as it should. Hopefully next year you'll see a decrease in your electricity bills!

Love this budget! The way my checks fell in August, I had what I call an "extra check" so I went ahead and used a majority to do some Christmas shopping. 😂 I got a good portion done so now I can focus on moving forward the rest of the year without stressing too much.

I loved the video as always. I’m in the final month before my wedding so I’m not really doing a budget. My fiancée gets paid weekly and I get paid semimonthly so I just look to see what bills are due before the next check and what payments are due for the wedding and pay it all and survive on the remaining. I will be doing a formal budget for October though which I am excited for 😊

Thanks to you I’m back on track. I used your 1/2 method but I did mine by 4 (we get paid weekly) i found myself having more money at the end of the month just like you said so this is the perfect time to start for October. Thank you!

Just found your channel and I can relate! Single mom of a teen boy and also a homeowner of a condo. Good luck with tracking everything. I know it’s tedious but I track everything! I sit down 1-2 times a week and go through each card transaction and enter them into my online tracker. I pay off my cards in full each month.

Great budget breakdown. I do the same every month, but I track overall credit card payment instead of tracking by each category; grocery shopping, dining out, shopping, etc. What I love about my Chase credit card, it tracks each of these categories for me. That can possibly help you with your spending tracker so you don't have to do the spending tracker every time you spend money, which can be come cumbersome. Question, your income isn't after your 401K contribution? Or do you have a separate retirement account you're tracking? I may have missed this in a different video.

First time seeing your channel. Something you may want to consider - most colleges and universities no longer consider parents retirement funds when calculating financial aid. As parents we naturally want to save for our child's college account, but you may want to put that amount into your own Roth IRA. If you need to take it out for college, you can take out your deposits. I stopped contributing to my son's 529 and now redirecting that to my Roth. All the while we will be pursuing hundreds of scholarships.

Have you tried researching any government programs in your area that could assist you with getting your home insulated? You would be surprised how many programs our out there to help first-time homeowners.

I'm doing great for my September budget. I actually got some buffer money and I don't have the erotic desire to eat out. I have $125 saved. I'm trying to save money to buy propane for the Winter. I'm a homeowner like you and I have had some of the things that have happened to you like the water heater When you get your new one it will last 20 years. Mines did. I inherited my home and can't wait to pay it off so I can get a HELOC and remodel the home like I want it.

Glad your budgeting! A couple of thoughts …. Would you cut out the eating out and coffee for a while to get rid of the credit card payments? Also, glad you are throwing a set amount to student loan above minimum. I’m doing the same for my HELOC but I do two payments - one minimum and one towards principal. Not sure if student loans can do the same. Good luck!

@@ThePathOfLeastResistancI don't know if she had more side hustles outside of KZbin, but the budget shows that she expected to make around 1300 but actually made about 1700, she said it was about 400 extra (more than she budgeted for).

Dear Dyana! I appreciate you giving your great advice. Honestly Achieving financial stability requires intentional planning, unwavering dedication, and consistent effort, rather than being a matter of luck. I owe a debt of gratitude to Mrs. Maya Payson, for her invaluable guidance, which has enabled me to generate a weekly income ranging from $5000 to $7000. She changed my whole life.
