This is the kind of immersive game environment people dream of, you should be proud, I think its a masterpiece. Individual bricks was the way to go, no Mordheim terrain should be complete without fish of some kind. I like the muddy canal.. another place to fight, flee, die horridly. Aaaaah dude!! You keep outdoing yourself, this is freaking awesome! 🎉 I think the look on Erik's face during the game says it all, it's such an amazing build! 😊
@DevsDice2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Lily! Yeah, Erik is a fun person to play with because he looks like a kid on Christmas. I gave him a drive home ~30 min away and he could not stop talking about it. Me, I was just smiling and trying my best to drive safely! 👍😂

I got inspired to do this myself. I wish I had the place to store a beautiful board like that.
@DevsDice2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Thomas! Yeah it does take some space but usually one can find some place! For me it's stored on top to two adjacent shelves! 👍😂

Thank you so much! Honestly, it might seem strange but the aesthetics of it is very alluring! I say go for it! 👍😁

I do think a resin power and some cool little 3d printed boats and some gangways to them would look really cool but it looks insane as it is, you have such a talent it’s amazing

Yeah who knows Rupert! Perhaps one day I will take the plunge! Thank you kindly! 👍😊

@@DevsDice it’s all good! You and afew other creators have got me into warhammer fantasy, I’ve been on a hobby break from 30/40k for about 4 years and just finished my first fantasy empire minis! Loving the lore of the old world and the aesthetic of the 3d prints I’ve bought:)

Fantastic! Lovely to watch and that the video was a bit longer as well was even better. Me being a fan of when you do lush nature, plants and trees does not go hand in hand with the Mordheim setting but I still totally enjoyed this video. Great work on the bricks, you mad mad man!
@DevsDice2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Niklas! Yeah this one was a bit longer but still very time efficient compared to most "let's build a board"-videos out there I think? 🤔 Great to hear that the urban environment charmed you! 👍💙💛💙

This came out gorgeous. So different from when I played back in the day on a piece of plywood sprayed black with the old cardboard ruins from the box set! Great work :D

Hahaha! I can relate a bit since I did play some games back in 99 with pretty much just....stuff as terrain! Thanks hmgirlpopuri! 👍💙💛💙

Glorious! I just got started on one with my flatmate as well, and the coming together of scrpbuit terrain is just awesome. Havent tangled with resin for water yet, but that effect was awesome! What was very nice tho is that we did the sidewalk with a texture roller and modelling clay. The cracks of that are actually pretty fitting, well have to see tho how it reacts to storage

Awesome! More boards to the people Apocolo toth! 👍😀

I love it! but i personally think that you could keep playability while also doing a small resin pour into the dirt water sewer thing. I love the way that the board looks, just not the dirt basin. either way, it looks great
